Buyers love to see an organized home!

Take a look around your home and make sure you repair anything that needs a basic update or replacement, such as light bulbs, door knobs, faucets, windows, etc. In terms of replacements, if you want to boost your home’s value and visual appeal, consider investing in replacing older appliances with new, sleeker ones.
☑ Paint the town red (or any color you want)
According to a survey done by the National Association of Realtors, well over half of real estate professionals agree that painting your home is essential to boosting curb appeal. These days, it’s all about light and bright, so opt for off-white or pastel colors. Plus, you can make this a family & friends activity! After all, painting your house can be fun, right? According to CNN, hardwood flooring can increase your home’s value by 3-5%. Remove any carpets that may be hiding beautiful hardwood floors, and if you already have hardwood flooring, look up DIY methods to polish and shine them.
